How long will my new roof last?

• We install all quality shingle Brands including Atlas, Owens Corning, Certainteed, Malarkey and more. We prefer Atlas' Signature Select Roofing System as they offer a 15 year full coverage warranty. Your average shingle will last 20 to 30 years. We also offer a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty that covers our workmanship for the life of the roof.

What does the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty cover?

• They typically cover material costs and will have a 10-20 year 100% coverage period after your roof is installed.

Is a new roof expensive?

• They don't have to be. We won't overcharge for your roof as we we'll offer a competitive price with a lifetime workmanship warranty in case of any mishaps.

Do you offer financing?

• No, we have looked into offering financing and found that several financing companies can charge upwards of $3,000 or more for their services. We don't want you to pay more than you have to. We believe there are better options to finance your roof such as your personal financial institution or home owner's insurance company. If you need help with this, give us a call.

Which roofing company should I go with?

• There are several reputable roofing companies in the area. We typically recommend to give us and a few others a call to compare installation practices, materials listed, pricing and warranty information to see who would be the best fit.

How long will installation take?

• Most roof replacements are completed in one day. In the event there is inclement weather we will schedule your replacement to be done the next day or what works best for you. Larger homes can take up to two days.

Do you also do Gutters, Gutter Covers and Siding?

• Yes, we offer fully seamless gutters in a variety of colors with oversized downspouts along with our gutter cover system with a 30 year warranty. We also install vinyl siding of all shapes, sizes, brands and colors.

Are you insured?

• Yes, we carry a $2,000,000 insurance policy that you will receive a copy of at the time the quote is given. We have run into several other roofing companies or installers that do not carry insurance. Choosing a company that does not carry insurance could leave you liable in the event of an emergency. Please choose a respectable and local roofing company that carries insurance.

What is the process of getting an estimate and replacing my roof?

• Once you contact us via the form below, by email or phone, we will come out to look over the roof, give you an estimate and explain the roofing process. In some case we can do an instant quote over the phone, via email or text. We do not require a down payment. Once you have picked out a brand, style and color that suits you we will typically have your roof replaced scheduled to be replaced in 1 to 2 weeks. Once the work is completed we will go through the updates, warranty paperwork and our lifetime workmanship warranty so you know you're covered.

What if something happens to my roof down the road? Will you fix it?

• Yes. A typical roof repair can cost you around $400.00 or more. We have found that most roofing companies only offer a 10 year warranty or sometimes none at all. We don't want you to worry about your new roof after it's installed, which is why we offer our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty so you're no stuck getting it fixed down the road.
